• When a student cancels their appointment, WORD looks for someone to take their place. Then, like a bolt from the blue, we’re hit with an offer of an exam in 3, 4, or 5 days. So, when a nice lady calls with such an offer, never say „No,” unless you want them to never call you back. Typically, the average wait for such a call is 2 weeks.
